Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of your cancellation request,
subject to receipt of the refund from the relevant service provider or company. If your payment
was made via a valid credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. For payments
made through other methods, refunds will be issued via IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or cheque within a
maximum of 10 days from the date of cancellation.
Please note that all refunds are contingent upon the processing timelines of the respective
company or service provider. Our role is solely that of a service facilitator, and we are not
responsible for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, or delays—including issues related to
refunds—arising from third-party service providers.
